Our Facility is conveniently located in West Knoxville on Castaic Lane near the I-40 and Pellissippi Parkway (I-140) interchange.

Directions to ANESIS from Airport

• Take 129 North to I-140 West (Exit should say “To Oak Ridge”).

• Take I-140 West to Harden Valley Exit (approximately 13 miles).

• At the stop light at end of ramp go left onto Harden Valley.

• Go through the next stop light and turn left onto Castaic Lane. (Next to the Shell gas station & Wendy's)

• 2nd driveway on the right

• Take I-40 West to Knoxville.

• Take Exit 376B, I-140 North to Oak Ridge.

• Go approximately 3 miles to Harden Valley Exit.

• At the stop light at end of ramp go left onto Harden Valley.

• Go through the next stop light and turn left onto Castaic Lane. (Next to the Shell gas station & Wendy's)

Most of these hotels are on North Peters Road (I-40 West I-75 North) exit 378. This is the Cedar Bluff exit. Turn right at the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. At the first stop light turn right just past Famous Dave's. This is North Peters Road.

Turkey Creek is the largest shopping center in metropolitan Knoxville and and is located on the Parkside Drive (I-40 West I-75 North) exit 374. This is the Lovell Road exit. Turn right at the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. At the first stop light turn right just past Ruby Tuesday's. This is Parkside Drive.
